As an adventurous traveler, I was grateful for the chance to be in Costa Rica. I travel for work and absorb the history of every place I stay. Puntarenas Province in Costa Rica is one of the most bio-diverse places on earth.  Here you will see Humpback whale mothers and calves as well as hundreds of species of birds. 

Soak in the volcanic hot mineral springs, known for it's therapeutic effects and geothermal heat benefits.

Hikes into the jungle lead to beautiful water falls, picturesque swimming, an appreciation for Costa Rica's natural beauty.

Yoga provided by Rena Hicks, RYT200. 

Any yoga experience welcome, and all modifications suggested to make your practice just what you need. Rena guides a very laid back and soulful practice practice. Whether a morning start to the day, or a meditative practice pool side, she integrates the culture observances of the group's travel experience.  This yoga blends the rest and relaxation with the needs of the group, and all are free to join as they wish.
