If you have 15 minutes, a chair with arms, and a yoga mat, or beach towel, you have a quick back and attitude reset.
Have another quick break and attitude adjustment with this 15 minute Yoga Nidra sitting meditation. Best used with earbuds or headphones and DO NOT DISTURB setting on devices. Give yourself 15 minutes of uninterrupted "you" time.
This video is instructional and breaks down the proper poses with respect to posture, alignment, and balance. We then work into a flow. Have your yoga mat, water bottle, and comfy clothes ready. Use this practice to learn and pause when needed to practice the pose on the other side. Remember Yoga Asanas (postures) are a practice.
Now that you've had instruction, practice, foundations and injury prevention, you can follow along and deepen your personal yoga practice.

Yoga Nidra means "yogic sleep", though we actually come to a deep state of consciousness between waking and sleep. Yoga Nidra is the practice of Pratyahara or withdrawal of the senses.
The teacher guides the student while lying comfortably on the back, listening only to the teacher's voice. Have your yoga mat, a blanket for underneath, a light covering on top, earbuds or headphones, and a small roll under the knees as well as a small pillow under the head if needed. Enjoy this deeply meditative practice of non-movement, savanna (corpse pose) and internal awareness.
